This year's Faculty Appreciation Week will take place from March 31st through April 3rd.
Faculty Appreciation Week is an opportunity for students to show their professors how grateful they are for the energy and hard work the professors dedicate to their students. The week will be a coordinated effort from all the college councils as well as the Faculty Affairs Committee of the Senate of College Councils to host different faculty appreciation events.
Here are the events that will take place during Faculty Appreciation week:
Monday, March 31: Free pizza/thank you card signing (Gregory Plaza, 11 AM - 4 PM)
Tuesday, April 1: Council mixers (various locations and times)
Wednesday, April 2: Faculty Excellence in Service Luncheon (Connally Ballroom, 12 PM - 2 PM) For more information about Faculty Appreciation Week, contact the Faculty Affairs Committee chair, Priyanka Pathak, at Priyanka.Pathak@bba06.mccombs.utexas.edu
